We sell sarcasm in fabric form. If you're here, read this before suing us.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of teemetric.com and any related services. By placing an order, browsing the site, or even rage-scrolling through our designs, you agree to these terms. If you don’t like them, don’t use the site.

2. Orders & Fulfillment

All our products are made-to-order using third-party fulfillment (yes, that includes your T-shirt that says “F*ck Off”). Orders go into production once payment clears and can’t be changed or canceled once they're in progress.

We don’t keep inventory. Everything’s printed just for you.

3. Shipping

We ship globally, using reliable carriers. Delivery times are estimates, not promises. Customs duties, taxes, or any delays due to international shipping are not our fault and not our problem.

4. Returns & Refunds

Every order is made just for you, so we don’t accept returns for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, or “it looked different on screen.”
Exceptions:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Misprint or production error

In those cases, we’ll replace it—just email teemetric@gmail.com with proof within 30 days of receiving it.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our site or harass our team. If you spam us, threaten us, or get weird in our inbox, we reserve the right to ignore, block, and roast you.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything you see here—product names, designs, copy, images—is owned by Teemetric or licensed to us. Don’t steal it. We’ll find out. We’ll fight it.

7. Pricing & Billing

Prices are listed in USD (unless stated otherwise). Teemetric reserves the right to update pricing at any time. If your card fails, the order fails. That’s how math works.

8. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for:

  • Missed birthdays due to shipping delays

  • Your mom getting offended by your shirt

  • Emotional damage caused by our brutal T-shirt truths

We’re also not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using this site.

9. Modifications

We can change these Terms at any time. If you keep using the site, that means you accept the new version. It’s on you to check this page once in a while.
