🔁 Teemetric Returns & Claims Policy
No BS. Just what you need to know.
💥 If We Messed Up (Misprints, Defects, Damage):
If your item shows up damaged, defective, or printed wrong, that’s on us. You’ve got 30 days from when the package lands to report the issue.
Submit a claim with a photo and your order info. If it’s our fault, we’ll fix it—on our dime.
📦 If the Package Disappears:
If your item never shows up, you’ve got 30 days after the estimated delivery date to file a claim. Don’t wait. Don’t guess. Just let us know.
🚚 Wrong Address? That’s On You.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the order will bounce back to our fulfillment center.
Want it reshipped? Cool—you’ll need to cover the reshipment cost and give us the correct address.
😒 Unclaimed Orders:
Didn’t pick up your order or ignored delivery attempts? It’ll get returned to us, and you’ll be charged to ship it again.
Ignore it long enough (30 days), and it goes to charity. No refunds.
🧼 Hygiene Products (Face Masks, etc.):
Some items (like face masks) are final sale. No returns, no exceptions. If you send them back, we won’t reship or refund. We’ll dispose of them.
👎 Don’t Like It? Wrong Size? That’s Not a Returnable Offense.
We don’t do returns for buyer’s remorse. Didn’t like the vibe? Wrong size? Changed your mind?
That’s on you. You can always order a different size—at your own cost.
(If you’re in Brazil, you've got 7 days to regret your purchase—but the item must be unused and untouched. No games.)

All Teemetric gear is made to order. That means no stock, no mass production, no lazy warehouse vibes. It’s made just for you, so we don’t accept returns on personalized gear, period.

This policy is governed in English, no matter what language you speak. If laws require changes (like in the EU), we’ll comply—otherwise, we stand by this policy.
