Welcome to the gritty details. Below is everything you need to know about how your Teemetric order gets from our machines to your mailbox.

1. Fulfillment Time — Made Just for You

We don’t stockpile boring T-shirts in a warehouse. Each piece is printed, packed, and shipped on demand—just for you.

  • Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days

  • This is how long it takes us to get your order ready after payment.

  • Over 97% of our orders are out the door within that window.

2. Shipping Time — When Will You Get It?

Once your gear is fulfilled, the shipping clock starts ticking. Your Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) = Fulfillment time + Shipping time.

US Shipping Options

  • Standard (Flat Rate): 3–4 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

  • Standard w/ CO₂ Offset: Same speed, greener footprint

International Shipping

(Yes, we ship worldwide—including Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, and beyond.)

  • Standard (Flat Rate): 5–20 business days

  • Standard w/ CO₂ Offset

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – Canada only (includes customs/duties)

  • Express: 1–3 business days where available

3. Shipping Costs — No Games, Just Rates

We keep it transparent.

  • Rates vary by region and product type

  • Shipping multiple items in the same category (e.g., two hoodies) may increase cost

  • Flat-rate shipping by default

  • Live rates may apply depending on your location and platform

  • We ship from the closest fulfillment center to speed things up

4. Problems with Your Order?

Lost in Transit?

  • If your EDT has passed and you still haven't received your order:

    1. Check your tracking number.

    2. If it’s clearly lost, report the issue within 30 days of the EDT.

Wrong, Damaged, or Misprinted Items?

  • Email us with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the issue

    • Explanation of the problem

  • You must submit this within 30 days of receiving the product.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes — You Handle That

We don’t play customs officer.

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are your responsibility

  • These are set by your country’s customs office, not by us

  • If they hold your package hostage for a fee—you pay the ransom
